Ingredients
100 gr macaron which has been boiled until cooked
2 tablespoons margarine
4 chicken sausages
4 pieces of smoked beef
300 ml of liquid milk
2 chicken eggs
½ onions
3 garlic cloves
Grated mozzarella cheese to taste
Grated cheddar cheese to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
How to cook
1. Mix eggs, liquid milk, some cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese in one container, and stir slowly until all ingredients are well blended and set aside.
2. Heat margarine to saute onions and garlic, then saute until the onion is cooked and fragrant.
3. Add boiled macaroni, chicken sausage and smoked beef into sauteed onions, then cook for a while until cooked.
4. After the sausage and smoked meat are cooked, pour the mixture of milk, eggs, and cheese, then add salt and pepper to taste, then cook again over low heat until the Macaroni Schotel mixture begins to boil and thickens.
5. The cooked mixture can be immediately removed and poured into a heat-resistant container to add the remaining grated cheddar cheese to the surface.
6. Bake Macaroni Schotel in the oven with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Mature schotel macaroni can be immediately removed from the oven and served warm. You can also serve it with tomato sauce or chili sauce to taste.
